Which instruments do I need to measure alcohol in wine?
The common method is to distill the sample in the SDEE and then measure the density of the distillate with the Densimat, which calculates the alcohol content from it.
When does a moisture analyzer make sense instead of a drying oven?
A moisture analyzer such as Crystaltherm dries and weighs the sample at the same time and gives a result within minutes, so it suits routine control. We are happy to review your sample and recommend.
